I fell in love with the Internet back in 1992 (thanks, Compuserv!). Since then, I have explored how individuals use online communities & communication tools to improve their lives, get more involved with a hobby, start a new venture, do research or (more often than not) fight about stuff.

Since 2000, I have been helping brands figure out how to best communicate with their customers (and potential customers) using online communication tools, online advertising and outreach strategies. I specialize in social media applications and content development with a focus on customer retention, relationship building and brand-directed conversations for non-profits, government organizations and small businesses.
