Our social launch services are designed to help organizations that are new to social media, who want to transition their social media from sporadic to consistent use or who need channels for a short-term (such an as event or campaign). Each of our launch programs include

  • Social media & content development strategy (includes audit of existing channels, if any, review of competitor channels and recommendations for channel optimization)

  • Social media training (based on social media & content development strategy)

  • Social media schedule planning for three months following launch

  • Launch of social media channels or refinement of existing social media channels, based on strategy development or audit

  • Reporting following an initial launch period that tracks key performance indicators discussed during initial strategy development or audit.

Marketing Upgrade

Our marketing upgrade services are designed for small or medium-sized businesses and nonprofits who are doing minimal communication to customers. You want to transition to more regular communication - social, digital and otherwise - from sporadic to consistent use. Our Marketing Upgrade programs include similar services to our social media program launch, but we focus on email, website content updates, digital ads and offline tactics in addition to social media.
