Strategic email and social media content, planned in advance and delivered in batches for organizations that need both channels handled without the overwhelm.
We'll build the strategy together, then I'll handle content creation for both email and social, written 2-4 weeks ahead, so you're never scrambling.
What's included:
Email updates (quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly, depending on your capacity), plus up to 4 campaign emails for fundraising, events, and programs
Social media content (Limit 3 posts per week)
Cohesive content strategy across both channels
Scheduling is built in for both email and social
Monthly 60-minute check-in (content planning and coordination)
What's NOT included:
Real-time or crisis posting
Community management (responding to DMs or comments)
Daily posting or last-minute requests

Pre-session survey so I can learn about your current program & challenges
2-hour working session (deep dive + roadmap building)
Written strategy guide delivered within 2-3 business days
One 30-minute follow-up call within 30 days
Optional add-on:
Supported Roadmap ($600 additional)
Four 30-minute quarterly check-in calls throughout the year

Do you work with organizations outside the nonprofit sector?
Yes! I work with nonprofits, foundations, civic organizations, and mission-driven businesses. If you do good work with good people and you want to make a difference, we're probably a good fit.
Do you do social media management?
I do not offer traditional social media management (engagement/DM management or ongoing monitoring). For my social media content and quarterly support clients, I offer scheduling services, so your team has the time needed to manage engagement.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
That's totally normal! Give me a yell, and we'll have a conversation about where you are, what you're struggling with, and what would actually help you get things done.
Do you offer payment plans?
My monthly retainer services are billed monthly. Quarterly support programs can be billed monthly or quarterly, depending on what works for you.
One-time services (Roadmaps, speaking, projects) can be split into two payments to help with budgeting.
What if I need something that's not listed here?
Let's talk about it! I love to take on custom projects and special engagements – it keeps me on my toes! If you have something specific in mind, reach out, and we'll see if it's a good fit.

We'll build the content strategy together, then I'll handle the strategic writing and creation — planned in advance and delivered in batches — so your social media always has a strong foundation.

Strategic campaign content (annual giving, events, advocacy, program launches)
Storytelling series and meaningful posts
Basic graphics (with Canva, or photos supplied by your team)
