Quarterly Content Support
Email and social media content creation & scheduling for teams with limited capacity
We'll create the strategy together, then I handle all the content creation and scheduling for both email and social media (so it’s completely off your plate).

Regular email updates (quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly—depending on your capacity), plus emails for your fundraising, events, and programs (as needed).
Social media content (2-4 posts per week)
Strategic content planning across both social + email (you get cohesive messaging)
Scheduling (email & social) is built in
Monthly 60-minute check-in (content strategy and coordination)

Pre-session survey so I can learn about your current program & challenges
2-hour working session (deep dive + roadmap building)
Written strategy guide delivered within 2-3 business days
One 30-minute follow-up call within 30 days

Do you work with organizations outside the nonprofit sector?
Yes! I work with nonprofits, foundations, civic organizations, and mission-driven businesses. If you do good work with good people and you want to make a difference, we're probably a good fit.
Do you do social media management?
I do not offer traditional social media management (engagement/DM management or ongoing monitoring). For my social media content and quarterly support clients, I offer scheduling services, so your team has the time needed to manage engagement.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
That's totally normal! Give me a yell, and we'll have a conversation about where you are, what you're struggling with, and what would actually help you get things done.
Do you offer payment plans?
My monthly retainer services are billed monthly. Quarterly support programs can be billed monthly or quarterly, depending on what works for you.
One-time services (Roadmaps, speaking, projects) can be split into two payments to help with budgeting.
What if I need something that's not listed here?
Let's talk about it! I love to take on custom projects and special engagements – it keeps me on my toes! If you have something specific in mind, reach out, and we'll see if it's a good fit.

We'll create the strategy together, then I handle all the content creation for your strategic campaign content and storytelling so you can take the guesswork out of “What do we post this week?”
What's included:
Strategic campaign content (annual giving, events, advocacy, program launches)
Storytelling series and meaningful posts
Basic graphics (with Canva, or photos supplied by your team)
Monthly 30-minute check-in
Pricing scales with post volume.

Real-time or crisis posting (I work ahead, not in the moment)
Community management, like responding to DMs or comments (I’m happy to help you create a management strategy, but actually answering them is on you)
